Andrea is an Agile coach (Scrum and Kanban) who lives in the Washington DC. She helps to foster connection and engagement in less engaged teams by teaching intentional and (initially) structured communication techniques. She’s a founding member of the Greatness Guild, an Agendashift partner, a supporter of Open Space Agility and is the owner of Connections At Work, LLC. She loves to blog, travel, play the flute, and speak French, German and Chinese whenever she has time.

Dana has over seventeen years of diverse experience encompassing robotics, software development and operations as well as agile coaching, facilitation, brain-friendly training and game design. As an Agile Coach at Hudson’s Bay Company, she is leading the agile transformation initiative and secretly sneaking agile games into the most serious and conservative parts of the organization.


Author of “Introduction to DevOps with Lego, Chocolate and Scrum Game”, she has been able to facilitate the game in twelve countries over the last three years. Enthusiastic collaborator, she builds communities, organizes conferences and connects with agilists around the world.

Dana is the founder of Big Apple Scrum Day conference in NYC, co-organizer of NYC Scrum User Group and a co-chair of the Learning track at Agile 2018.


Mario MoreiraMario E. Moreira is an Enterprise Agile consultant and Master Agile Coach at who leads Agile
initiatives at Fidelity Investments, CA (Computer Associates), Walmart, and Vistaprint. Mario
focuses on company success by increasing value to customers, optimizing flow for faster
delivery, and increasing quality through customer feedback. He coaches and educates
executives, management, and distributed teams.

Jenny TarwaterJenny Tarwater is founder of Blueshift Innovation. She is a Project Management and Agile enthusiast who specializes in coaching and training agile teams in Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.


Her background of working with diverse groups has allowed her to hone her training for students of all levels and teams. From coding HTML and Java at a .com startup in the mid-90s, to Enterprise Project Management with Sprint and Chrysler, Jenny has firsthand experience with not only leading Agile teams, but also what it takes to transition companies of all sizes to an Agile culture. Jenny is able to go above and beyond in the training and coaching she provides thanks to her dedication and enthusiasm. Her enriched communication skills allow her to transfer her deep knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies to each of her students.

Woody ZuillWoody Zuill is an independent Agile Guide and Coach and has been programming computers
for 35+ years. He is a pioneer of the Mob Programming approach to teamwork in software
development, and is considered one of the founders of the “#NoEstimates” discussion on
Twitter. His passion is to work with teams to create an environment where each of us can excel
in our work and in our life.
